The hotel had a great location, only a few minutes' walk from the train station, next to the Morning Fish market and close to many sightseeing places. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the hotel was neat and clean, with a lot of facilities such as free wifi, breakfast, and dinner. the room was small but very efficient in terms of space usage, including a kettle, humidifier, nightgowns, and slippers.

The check-in and check-out times are a bit inconvenient for a business hotel.

The price is very reasonable. The room and design are very compact and good. The bed is very good.

This hotel is perfectly placed in a great area of Hakodate. With the morning market just a minute away and the train station less than five minutes away, it’s the ideal location for exploring the city. The staff were excellent, providing top-notch service and helpful tourist information. The rooms were spotless and well-designed, with attention to detail and basic amenities like a Japanese kettle with tea options. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic bonus.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was wonderful and we couldn't find any faults.

Great price for a romantic escape with my partner, including free breakfast and Wi, Fi. the hotel was within walking distance to various tourist attractions making it a great location. the snow, covered surroundings made for a magical and romantic ambiance.

The room was tiny, and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. the bed was noisy and not comfortable.

This hotel's location is perfect! It's just a stone's throw from the train station and right next to the Morning Fish Market. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with everything you need in the common area, including unlimited coffee, a microwave, and hot & cold water. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. This hotel is also very clean.

Hard to think of anything negative to say.

The hotel was a great choice for our romantic escape! We loved the Japanese-style breakfast on offer, which included delicious miso soup and fresh coffee. The location was excellent too – we could easily access all the nearby attractions and restaurants on foot. , the view from the top floor was breathtaking, perfect for some romantic sunrise moments.

The room was quite small for us, although we did not mind since it was cozy and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, it might be an issue for those who prioritize space and comfort.
